Home Maintenance Subscription

Monthly or customized care

We care for your property inside and out so you can have peace of mind and extra time to enjoy life. Our home visits evaluate and correct items inside and outside your property including; softener salt fills, smoke detector checks, air filter changes, checking drains, gutters, downspouts, yard drainage, making sure your windows and doors are secure and any care unique to your property. We will put a plan in place to service your home each month. Each visit will be scheduled for 2 hours. If there is more you wish to be done outside the 2 hour window there will be a hourly rate. Whether you are aging in place-if you are an extended traveler, injured, recovering, a single parent or someone who needs help- Every home needs a Guardian!

Interior Painting

Need help with that paint job that you just cannot get to? Call Guardian to help get that room or rooms painted in a timely fashion. Call for a quote.

Weekly walk through of your property to ensure security and integrity of your home during our cold Minnesota winters while you are away!

Spring/Fall Prep

Spring & fall are very busy, and heavy! We will clean up in fall and set up in spring including; gutters, hoses, patio furniture, window screens, flower pots and whatever you need to prepare for the season.

Looking to get away for a short or extended time? Want to keep your animals home or cannot bring them somewhere else? Specializing in Hobby Farm animal care (feeding, watering, gathering eggs, etc.) Specialized care to your specific needs.
